Success in a retail, restaurant, customer service, dispute resolution, default prevention, customer retention, collections, telemarketing, rent-to-own or similar position is preferred. Although a 40 hour work week, must be able to work some evenings and some Saturday hours. Key Objectives Of Top Performers:
Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals within 60 days to allow for a performing portfolio and the credit advancement of our customers
Utilize the company's extensive training to learn the Discover system, phone system, policies and procedures, culture and overall company operations
Expand your knowledge with understanding Underwriting guidelines and the full sales process
Seek long term resolution with customers, educate & re-educate our customers on the importance of rebuilding their credit
