The team coordinator for Patient Access is responsible, accountable and available for 24/7 daily operations of one or more areas. Supervises staff including coordinating quality and customer service activities; assisting in the development and monitoring of the department budget; coordinating the purchasing and payroll process; serving as a technical resource to team members; and performing work assignments as needed to provide appropriate coverage and to mentor/assist staff. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and developing staff with the goal of developing highly effective work team. Serves as chief retention officer for areas of responsibility.
Min Requirements:
Experience: Excellent communication skills, demonstrates organization and work management skills and critical thinking skills. General computer keyboard skills. Knowledge of standard software applications preferred. (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel)
Education: Bachelor''s degree preferred OR other professional/technical preparation in a relevant discipline for the area/personnel supervised.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
