Provides technical and analytical support for implementation for new systems, including developing tool-based screens and reports. Responsible for ongoing training, testing, and tool-based enhancements to production systems. Works on tasks related to system design, detailed design, test planning, conversion and ongoing application support. Assesses technology and systems and reports feasibility, benefits and cost.
Minimum 2 years experience with EHR systems and previous work in a physician practice setting. Preferably experience in EHR training. Demonstrates knowledge of redesigning clinical processes to improve efficiency and patient care, preferably in conjunction with the implementation of a clinical information system.Knowledge in and the ability to apply the principles of project management and change management.Demonstrate organization, facilitation, communication and presentation skills. The ability to lead, direct and motivate others is required. Good computer skills are required. Must have a valid driver''s license.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
