Lead: Maintenance Technician - The Seasons - Full Time, Year Round
The Lead Maintenance tech will maintain the inside and outside of guest rooms and common areas (including common areas, mechanical rooms, electrical rooms, kitchens, HVAC, etc.) Ensure all areas are safe for owner, guest and employee usage.
Essential Job Responsibilites:
Perform daily rounds- checking boilers, pools, common areas, sprinkler systems, fire pump rooms, and fire panels as applicable
Attend to any work orders, guests requests, housekeeping requests, room calls and front desk requests
Maintain all facilities and operating systems in a safe and efficient working order
Complete tasks in a safe and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of all work activities and support materials including parts and supplies ordering
On-call after hours and at night during various times of the year (which includes weekends and holidays).
Assigning work orders to other maintenance personnel.
Effective Communication with vendors and contractors.
Insure all billable time is appropriately charged to owners and associations
Assist in training maintenance employees as needed
Ordering parts as needed
Maintain tools and work areas in a safe, secure and effcient manner
Assist with preventative maintenance in common areas and guest rooms and document efficiently
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or Equivalent_ - required_
Must be 18 years or older_ - required_
Valid Colorado driver''s license_ - required_
Previous maintenance experience_ - preferred_
Able to lift 50 lbs_ - required_
Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
