You have a Bachelors degree and ten (10) or more years of directly related experience in compensation. You hold certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). You have previous compensation experience in Financial Services or Banking experience. If the above describes you, we would very much like to get to know you. We seek candidates for the role of Compensation Rewards Partner. In this role you will recommend and implement Non-Executive best practice Rewards strategies in partnership with senior executives & business leaders for assigned client groups. You will advise executive & business leaders on a full range of Non-Executive strategic and tactical Rewards issues. You will conduct high visibility special projects that support strategic HR initiatives. You will research, recommend, and document approaches to variable pay programs such as commission and incentive plans managed by Bank divisions. You will perform complex cost impact analyses and prepare special analyses, studies, and recommendations on subjects such as pay policies, incentive/sales compensation, bonus plans, and recognition programs.
Candidates must a Bachelors degree and ten (10) or more years of directly related experience in compensation. Preference given to candidates with CCP and previous experience in Financial Services or Banking. Must have proven experience in the design, assessment, and documentation of variable pay plans. Must be able to design sales compensation plans. Must have experience in participating in established compensation salary surveys. Must have strong knowledge of rewards practices and legal and regulatory laws related to rewards. Must have familiarity with PeopleSoft Human Resources system or similar systems. Must possess advanced PC proficiency with Excel, Access and Word. Must have strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communications skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
