Description
Position Overview:
Setting up creel racks based on the approved creel diagrams and color verification card along with providing the appropriate amount of mending yarn.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tufting with the adequate amount of mending yarn for each individual order.
Meeting each skill within this block ensures that the proper supply and qualify of yarn is produced for each and qualify of yarn is produced for each of our orders.
Daily operations of the tufting machine. Duties include burning in or airsplicing beams together, performing crossed end check at start of shop order, beam sets, and/or shift changes, and continually inspecting carpet for defects while machine is running.
For the Creel machines, duties include setting up the Creel Machines accordingly to the creel diagram, airsplicing, creel during changeover and monitoring the creel racks and replacing or correcting yarn cones while machine is running.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Generally, positions in our facilities require standing or sitting for long periods of time. These positions may require heavy and/or repeated lifting, bending, stooping, reaching overhead or crawling. Specific physical requirements for the job will be discussed during our interview process.
