o Responsible for the continued development, training, and quality output of 9 Account Services departments for both retained and outsourced teams
o Manages mail-house vendor relationship, including invoice and letter accuracy and quality output
o Project Management - works with cross-functional teams on projects and process improvement initiatives
o Improves processes and applies 'best practice' as well as national consistency to drive efficiencies in labor and costs


o Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
o 5-7 years of related work experience
o Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills

o Able to articulate technical concepts into business terms

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
