1. Delivers exceptional customer service by observing, listening,
interacting and following up with customers/customer alerts to
ensure satisfaction and issue resolution. Drives positive customer
satisfaction levels and provide effective training to associates to
enhance the customer experience.
2. Lead Customer Satisfaction programs as assigned by store
management, by providing reporting on metrics and making
recommendations for improvement.
3. Works to continually develop personal selling skills and
specialized product knowledge through sales and service tools
provided. Drives Print Services sales by supporting all related
current programs, new product launches and special initiatives.

that builds trust, brand loyalty and exceptional service delivery.

5. Responsibilities as an External Key Carrier include, but are
not limited to: ensuring the safety and security of the building
and associates during the absence of the management team. Performing
opening or closing responsibilities. This includes activation and
deactivation of the store#s alarm system. Responsibilities also
include all cash handling, daily store balancing and system process
for opening and closing of the store.
6. Routinely reviews cash handling, cashier and merchandise error
logs, register voids, tax exemption and all related cash office audits.
7. Proactively grows business through customer centric programs,
such as Office Depot Inc. Rewards Programs.
8. Consistently maintains store appearance to company guidelines
and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment. Adheres to all
standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
9. Obtains and maintains Sales Leader certification. Completes all
management training; including (but not limited to) Anti-Harassment,
Code of Ethics, I-9 Compliance etc#
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
Level of Formal Education: High School diploma or equivalent,
Bachelor#s degree preferred - Area of Study: Business, Marketing,
Retail Management, or other related field preferred
Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in related field
Type of Experience: Minimum two years experience in retail,
including a supervisory role in a sales driven customer environment.

The Lead Sales Consultant-Customer Experience, will partner with the
management team in driving a memorable customer experience through
leadership, communication, integrity and passion for the brand. In
partnership with the management team, S/he will provide guidance and
direction to Front End associates and will facilitate ongoing training
on the business model. The person in this position will also work
closely with our Print Services associates, and will have
accountability to drive the sales of Print Services and properly
assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
This person will motivate and inspire associates to build strong
relationships and create an environment which increases customer
retention. The Lead Sales Consultant-Customer Experience, will
proactively engage with customers to exceed their needs, ensure a
positive customer experience and work to generate revenue by driving
a sales culture. Builds ongoing customer relationships and become a
trusted advisor by utilizing advanced selling skills and knowledge.
Acts as a Change Champion, supporting implemented change.
The Lead Sales Consultant-Customer Experience, will also be a
#Key Carrier#, and while functioning in this role, will be
considered the Manager on Duty.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
