Receive, prepare, cook dinner, main course, sides, starches - Fast Food Grilled Items. Specialty menu items. Review (PTS) Patient Meal Service menu options, prepare for PTS headcount. Food Safety & Sanitation a must - Basic culinary skills. Cleaning, sweeping, mopping. Familiar with commercial kitchen equipment. Follow direction from Cook II, FSM, and OPM. production of frontline main line foods. Must be knowledgeable in HACCP (ServSafe Cert preferred) Working knowledge of Patient Services/Nutrition a plus. Able to read, write, speak English. Outstanding Customer Service skills. Math skills needed for production/recipe conversion. Healthcare Food Service Experience a plus. Fast paced military dining facility. 6 months Large Food Service Cook Experience Minimum. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACK GROUND CHECK.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
