We have an immediate opening for a Legal Assistant with a client in the Downtown Nashville area. Qualified candidates will possess around 3 years of experience in the legal field, excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, accommodate deadlines, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start date and pay is $15 per hour. Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
Preparing draft correspondence and legal documents
Following up with courts, process servers, and clients
Preparing and sending outgoing communications
Maintaining attorney calendars for meetings and events
Preparing and updating task reports, and other duties as assigned
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and
Qualifications:
3
years'' experience in the legal field
Excellent communication skills (in person and in writing)
Exhibits professionalism at all times
Strong MS Office Skills
Ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task
