POSITION
Summary:
Possess demonstrated knowledge, experience, and ability in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks and/or organizations. Evaluates option in the context of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction. Supports project objectives through activities such as conducting interviews, gathering data, and developing recommendations in support of project objectives. Directs the activities of Management Consultants or other staff as necessary.
As an emerging expert in a particular field of study or industry (e.g. financial management, budget, acquisition, logistics, supply chain management, human resources, corporate performance management, etc.).
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing small projects or segments of larger projects or functions as an individual contributor for the purpose of providing new business processes and/or redesigning processes within an organization.
Designs, analyzes and implementations business systems.
Interviews personnel from functional communities and facilitates working groups to document current business practices, weaknesses, and objectives.
Develops strategies and applies industry best practices.
Developing an expertise in a particular field of study or industry and strengthening project management skills.
Assists business development team with writing and presenting proposals for moderately large or complex projects.
Contacts are with middle and senior level managers and executives.
Requires project management skills. May supervise and review work of less experienced employees.
Be able to map data from source to target
Required
Qualifications:
Requires bachelor''s degree or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience.
The clearance level required is dependent on the type of clearance supported by our client, SECRET.
Provide ability to review customer requirements and produce dashboards, graphs and KPI in a business intelligence format.
Special consideration will be given to data modeling experience.
Special consideration will be given for being able to deploy with SPAWAR a business intelligence application.
Experience with Business Objects either version 3.x or 4.x.
Capability of building reports, dashboards and metrics via SAP Business Objects 3.x and/or 4.x.
