Janssen Global Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Director, Analytics within the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) to be located in Horsham, PA. This role will be part of the Immunology team and will serve as the Functional Head for the Analytics capability (Market Research, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence) across all Therapeutic Areas (TAs) of the GCSO.

The following groups make up JGS: Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Global Pharmaceutical Communication and Public Affairs; U.S. Pharmaceutical Procurement Group (USPPG); and Pharmaceuticals Group Business Development (PGBD).
The Senior Director, Analytics will be responsible for driving functional excellence, talent, efficiency and next generation analytic capabilities across all GCSO TAs. As functional head for GCSO analytics, the Senior Director will support as required efforts in support of licensing and acquisition decisions. The role involves partnering with TA and functional leaders to determine the appropriate analytics skills and methodologies to be deployed across GCSO and identifying emerging business trends and drivers requiring changes in analytics capabilities over time. The incumbent will identify innovative business analytic tools, techniques, standards and processes and lead implementation of these across GCSO.
The Senior Director will work across regional, global and operating company boundaries to optimize Janssen analytics efforts within the GCSO scope. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and embedding an analytical mindset throughout the organization and building a world class market analytics capability. This role will report to the leader of the Global Immunology Commercial Strategy organization and be a member of the Immunology leadership team.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (Masters, PhD, etc.) is preferred. A minimum of 10
years of progressive business experience required, with demonstrated success in implementing and maintaining novel analytics methodologies preferred. Functional experience in a relevant area of Analytics with a deep understanding of at least one technical domain (Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, or Forecasting) is required. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but not required. 3-5 years of experience managing people is required. Consulting experience is preferred.
Demonstrated executive communication and negotiation skills including the ability to influence senior executives across matrix organizations are preferred. The ability to have an impact on decision making by senior executives will be needed. Ability to implement world-class analytics capabilities across multiple TAs and a team of Analytics professionals that report in to their respective TAs. The ability to assess novel methodologies and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the GCSO analytics team is required. The ability to inspire and champion talent at an overall functional GCSO level for analytics will be needed. Prior experience and a proven track record of success in ambiguous and complex environments are required. The ability to partner and influence without authority with leaders at all levels globally and locally is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Strong leadership capability and ability to Connect, Shape, Lead & Deliver in a credo-based, ethical manner is required. Demonstrated ability to develop deep insights, uncover unmet needs, drive innovation, inspire, develop, collaborate and lead within a global matrixed team is required. This position will require domestic and international travel as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
