This is a part time, Cross Utilized Agent position.
Cross Utilized Agents are responsible for both Ramp and Customer Service Agent Duties.
Duties:
Load and unload customer luggage, airfreight and company mail on and off aircraft
Greet passengers, issue tickets, provide seat assignments, check baggage, board flights, rebook passengers, all in a prompt and friendly manner
Escort passengers and special needs customers safely and courteously
Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp area
Service aircraft as needed
Requirements

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
US citizen or show proof of right to work in US
Ability to lift 60
pounds consistently with or without a reasonable accommodation
Type 30 words per minute
Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
Must possess a valid driver license
