Janssen Pharmaceuticals Company, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Manager Human Resources located in Raritan, NJ to support the Cardiovascular and Metabolic (CVM) commercial business with primary focus on Field Sales.
The Manager, Human Resources (HR) will be responsible for providing business support to clients including development and deployment of HR strategies in support of the short term and long term business goals. This HR leader will have responsibility for partnering with business leaders to grow diverse talent, improve capabilities aligned with future business direction and implement structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performance. This role will have responsibility for managing cultural change to drive innovation and employee engagement.
The Manager HR will work to implement effective strategies to enable the organization to thrive through periods of change (e.g. acquisition, internal growth, restructuring). They will provide leadership as well as individual and team coaching to business leaders and employees in support of sales performance excellence. Key business interactions include coaching and consultation with in-house management, field based leadership and sales representatives and internal specialist groups including the Employee Relations Resource Group (ERRG).
This individual will operate as an internal consultant to the business in the areas of communication, engagement, and organizational design and development. This HR leader will have responsibility for driving talent management initiatives within client groups including succession planning, career management, performance management and recruitment, while ensuring that business unit rewards structures engages and recognizes high performance, innovation and creativity.

Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required; a major in business, HR or related concentration is preferred. An MBA or Masters related to Human Resources is preferred. A minimum of 6 years HR experience required; preferably in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, , talent management, organizational and team development, organization design and change leadership and recruiting. Prior experience in a Business Based HR (Generalist) role and experience supporting Sales & Marketing functional groups is preferred. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and positively influence all levels of employees is required. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple and diverse projects is required. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills are required. Ability to provide in-depth consultative support to upper management on critical organizational issues is required.
This position is located in Raritan, NJ and requires approximately 10% domestic travel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
