Job Description:
PwC's Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm's overall strategy. Integrating with the business, and implementing best-in-class teaching practices, this function supports and enables higher quality, and more relevant learning that is aligned with high performing teams. PwC's Learning and Development function is a key enabler of the PwC Experience, an element of the Firm's overall strategy. The Educational Methods group includes Facilitated Learning, Evaluation & Assessment and Instructional Design & Development. Virtual Classroom staff work across Lines of Service, Sectors, and Markets to design and deliver high-quality, leading-edge, instructor-led eLearning to internal and external (e.g., client, alumni) audiences. They consult with project teams on technology selection, best practices in design to achieve program objectives, and materials preparation. They prepare and coach session presenters, including PwC partners and presenters external to the firm. They troubleshoot in-session difficulties while minimizing their effects on presenters and participants, and then interface with technical specialists to address root causes and perform after-action reviews. They contribute to the development of best practices for instructor-led eLearning throughout L&D, and participate in related skills building and training. They lead and support events across all live modalities and establish strong ongoing relationships with internal IT operations and vendor contacts, working strategically to advance L&D's abilities in the Virtual Classroom space and achieve performance excellence. They are specialists and recognized experts in their field, co-presenting at industry conferences and constantly enhancing internal knowledge sharing.
Position/Program Requirements:
Minimum Years of
Experience: 1 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree or 1 year of virtual classroom experience Degree(s) Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant Educational specialty (instructional design, instructional technologies, distance learning, adult learning, educational psychology, etc.) Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates functional expertise in the use of technology to deliver live instructor led learning. Knowledge and experience in designing, setting up, facilitating, and troubleshooting virtual classroom events (LiveMeeting and WebEx sessions). Demonstrates understanding of eLearning design and project management. Skills Preferred: Experience as Learning and Development's designer and process leader for virtual learning solutions using WebEx, LiveMeeting, and other similar technologies for both internal and external learner populations. Prior experience as an instructor. Demonstrates ability to influence others, including internal and external presenters, project teams, and support functions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
