Job Summary
:

Provides support for financial information. Performs various duties within a multidisciplinary team while sharing various tasks with other licensed and non-licensed staff members.
Qualifications
:
Education
: High school diploma or equivalency required. Course work in bookkeeping or accounting required.
Experience
: Minimum two (2) years of work experience in a financial environment, such as A/P or G/L required. Health care experience preferred. PC experience preferred.
Additional skills required:
Spreadsheet experience required; Excel preferred. Ability to function independently as a self-starter, demonstrate initiative and flexibility to handle changing priorities and a diversified workload. Ability to learn computer systems and to create and generate reports. Ability to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority. Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, includes good grammar and spelling.
Work Schedule
Full time
Monday-Friday, 8-hour days
40 hours per weekEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
