Summary:
Responsible in coordinating patient meal service such as, menu selections, tray assembly, tray delivery and pick up, special requests and needs for Catering To You Program. Ensures employees are adequately trained and units are properly staffed to provide quality service.
Required Education:
Associate's Degree or CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) credential or enrolled in CDM course as of June 15, 2012 or CDM within 18 months from date of employment

Bachelor's Degree
