Seeking an Injection Molding Supervisor to support plastic part production in Injection Molding Department.
Responsibilities:
Selects, trains, and directs production staff; monitors and documents performance; coaches and counsels employees for professional development; tracks time and attendance.
Develops and implements activities in the molding area to meet department and corporate goals (KPIs), quality standards and cost reduction objectives.
Validates personnel training effectiveness based on targets and results.
Maintains work flow including time and production records.
