Provide strategic legal counsel to internal business partners healthcare laws and regulations, including the Affordable Care Act and its implementing regulations, HIPAA, Medicare, Medicaid, the False Claims Act, and the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute. The Senior Legal Counsel will proactively advise internal business partners on a wide variety of matters and work collaboratively with other attorneys and stakeholders on issues related to client agreements and legal and regulatory compliance. The Legal Counsel must have the ability to identify business and legal risks and provide solutions which balance legal issues and business objectives.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
