Summary
Education & Training Specialist (P1)
Drive the sale and distribution of NRECA's Education and Training (E&T;) programs to Statewides, individual cooperatives, and G&T;'s in Regions I, II, IV (referred to hereafter as assigned regions). Work as an integrated team partner providing multi-level project support spanning across multiple work unit projects. These responsibilities will include but not be limited to: corresponding with instructors; consulting with statewide training coordinators (hereafter referred to as SWTC), individual co-ops and G&Ts; to match system or state training needs with NRECA curricula; work closely with meeting planners to ensure that all details necessary for the successful execution of NRECA training programs are communicated and expedited
Purpose and Mission
Match the training needs of member groups with NRECA's Education and Training (E&T;) programs through a consultative process in assigned region.
Gather feedback from member systems and identify feedback trends for Education and Training's managerial team.
Analyze member's previous course purchasing patterns to predict future purchases
Determine appropriate instructor for purchased courses and programs
Schedule course delivery dates while balancing member group needs and resource availability
Recommend ad-hoc or customized programs and articulates member group needs to program development team
Attend NRECA-sponsored education course deliveries as directed to gain familiarity with director courses.
Coordinate program deliverables and logistics for all NRECA training courses sold to Statewides, individual co-ops, G&Ts;, and NRECA-hosted events.
Manage and maintain E&T;'s master course file titled TRAINING COURSE MATERIALS - ensuring that the most current course files are available for printing.
Collaborate with the printing and fulfilment management company and staff to ensure accurate and timely printing and shipping course materials
Monitor costs of print and production of course manuals
Administer quality control checklist for all newly developed or revised courseware, printing and shipping.
Build member relationships and promotes awareness of NRECA products and services to member systems Develop for each member group a relationship management plan to drive course recommendations and track buying patterns.
Design and produce course completion certificates, flyers, brochures and other collateral to promote educational programs.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Excellent oral (particularly telephone) and written communication skills
3-5 years of experience in member/customer relations
Experience producing a variety of materials using desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign
Experience analyzing large quantities of data and evaluating data trends over time
Ability to work on many high priority tasks effectively and accurately and meet deadlines consistently
Sales experience a plus
Up to 10% travel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
