Process Controls Supervisor
Nazareth, Pennsylvania
Our client will count on you to use your superior leadership skills in supervising a production crew or an operating shift in the effective and efficient operation of the cement plant, in order to achieve the necessary goals of the production facility. This must be accomplished while remaining in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
To qualify, you should hold an Associates degree in Engineering (preferably) and 10 years of Process Control experience. Five of those years should be spent in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Our client seeks a background of heavy industrial experience, involving work with large equipment in a steel, manufacturing or mining environment. Experience in the cement industry is optimal. Safety experience is a must. Flexibility to work any shift, including weekends, is a requirement, as well.
