(CENTECH ) is seeking a highly talented Special Projects Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support and overall assistance to the office of the chief executive officer (CEO). This is a rewarding opportunity for a talented individual to work directly for the CEO and requires someone who can rise to challenging situations with little direction and deliver excellent results, in an ever-changing environment. This individual must demonstrate strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to take on multiple projects to completion quickly and successfully.
Plan and support special projects
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on tight deadlines
Organize and prepare documentation, correspondence and all communication materials, including proper handling of privileged and confidential information
Complete special projects as requested by the CEO or executive management
Bachelor''s degree or a combination of college and relevant executive administrative, project coordination experience
Five to seven (5-7) years of experience providing administrative support to C-level or senior leadership
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically utilizing Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
High command of grammar, effective listening, writing and communication skills
Great attention to detail and excellent ability to organize priorities and assigned tasks
Quick learner with passion for new challenges and professional work ethic

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
