Looking for an Exciting, Part-time opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced environment!!!! Look No Further! The Brunswick Corporation has over 165 years of being the leader in the recreation and leisure products industry with sales of excess of $400 million.
We are currently in need of multiple Part-Time, Game Room Attendants for our Brunswick Zone XL Bowling Center located in Romeoville, IL.
Game Room Attendants provide guests with prompt, efficient, courteous service and ensure that maximum utilization of equipment is realized through efficient control of the flow of guests. Game Room Attendants report to the Games Service Manager.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Operates cash register, computer and P/A (make announcements on P/A)
Maintains records of daily operations as required
Maintains safe work environment for staff and guests
Fills all merchandisers, cranes and redemption counter prizes daily
Cleans game machines and room including bussing tables, vacuuming and dusting
Sells center services (specials, tournaments, bar and snack bar)
Distributes redemption prizes to guests and collects tickets or cards
Assists with physical inventory counts
Assists guests with Rides operations (as applicable to location)
Performs duties of Laser Tag Marshal including running the mission counter, briefing guests, vesting guests, controlling play, handling accidents, handling the equipment and promotion play (as applicable to location)
Embraces S.T.A.R.T (Show Your Smile, Tell Them Hello, Act Enthusiastically, Really Care and Thank Everyone) and applies the concept to all employee and guest interactions.
Embodies and demonstrates the key behaviors associated with the Brunswick Bowling Retail values of guest service, passion for bowling and entertainment, integrity and teamwork.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Experience: One to two years of guest service and retail experience with cash handling.
Education Level: High school student, diploma or equivalent.
Schedule: Part-time work only. Must be available to work nights, weekends and possible holidays.
