Due to continued growth within its Global Engineering division, our client is seeking a Paper Machine Superintendent. This Paper Machine Superintendent will be responsible for driving improvements in all the areas of our client's paper machines and process. This position leads the efforts to safely and efficiently produce quality base sheets. You will also assist with the effort to develop new grades for mill complex.

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE RELOCATION TO THE Arkansas - Eastern Arkansas-Little Rock -Pine Bluff METRO AREA. FULL RELOCATION ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED TO SELECTED CANDIDATE. BASE SALARY UPTO $150K BASE

As a Paper Machine Superintendent for the Global Engineering division, you will be responsible for:

Leading production/operational demands to insure a plan of action is developed to support the attainment of organizational goals
Collaborating and managing teams utilizing technologies such as: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; with demonstrated ability to learn and understand systems such as PPR, SAP, PI, Proficy, etc.

Assessing business needs related to performing work to include understanding of legal ramifications of policies, government regulations, safety standards, and consistently adhering to and administering policy and procedures
Maintaining operating efficiency by enforcing safety efforts and actively develops a safety culture toward zero incidents

Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Paper Science is REQUIRED

Minimum of 7-10yrs experience working in Paper industry with Off Machine Coaters is REQUIRED

Minimum of 7-10yrs hands-on experience managing paper machines and processes is REQUIRED

Minimum of 3-5yrs experience handling large scale production machines is REQUIRED

Minimum of 3-5yrs experience working with automation, robotics, parts replacement selection, PLCs, improvements for equipment uptime is REQUIRED

Minimum of 3-5yrs Hands on experience with safety in manufacturing environment as well as large production equipment procedures; including: familiarity with OSHA and environmental regulatory requirements in a paper environment is REQUIRED

Must have 5
years of Management experience
