Bookkeeper
Job Description:
Bookkeeper is required to be highly proficient with QuickBooks software to perform the following functions.
Responsibilities:
o Full Cycle Bookkeeping
o Manage all aspects of A/R, A/P and Billing
o Accounts Payable will encompass the processing of all accounts payable transactions including bills, credit card charges and invoicing client bills, ensuring accuracy of each bill and proper classification
o Accounts Receivable will encompass the accurate posting and classification of the daily receivable transactions, preparing deposit slips when needed, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of each day's transactions
o Handle all payroll information
o Reconcile monthly credit card statements
o General Ledger maintenance
o Monthly financial reports for management
o Perform other general office duties as needed
o Assist in all areas of operation as requested by management

Requirements and
Qualifications:
o College graduate (BA or BS); or Associate's degree with three to five years in bookkeeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting, or business administration ; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel and Macintosh OS)
o Excellent of QuickBooks Pro software
o Professional presentation and conduct
o Must be responsible and self-managed
o Must have excellent follow-up and tracking skills
o Must be detail oriented
o Written Comprehension -- Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
o Number Facility -- The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly
o Communicating with supervisors, peers, or subordinates
o Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
o Making decisions and solving problems
o Performing administrative activities
