1) Experience in BPEL flows, Mediation and Assembly modules
2) Experience in work flows, BO maps, XSLT transformations, XPATH and BPM technologies
3) Experience in core Java programming
4) Experience in creating service interfaces and schemas (WSDLs & XSDs )
5) Experience in Webservices testing, soapui
6) Experience with SOA concepts
Integration Designer/WPS
7) Process Designer/Lombardi
8) Understanding on IBM Business Monitor is desirable
9) 3-4 yrs of experience Websphere Process Server/ IBM BPM
10) Understanding of XML, XSD, and Cobol Copybooks
11) Ability to work with stored procedures, database and SQL's
12) Knowledge on Banking and Financial domain is desirable.
