Driving the focus on internal and in-process quality, cost and production metrics that lead to focused problem solving efforts;

EDUCATION: 4-year degree preferred; Emphasis on Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of manufacturing experience;
Experience in heavy equipment, component manufacturing;
Experience in sheet metal fabrication, welding, powder coating;
Strong skills in problem solving tools;
Strong mechanical aptitude;
Excellent communication, organization, writing, and team player skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
