Manage product design and technical development of new products. Work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. Help innovate and execute software product initiatives across the company by leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Drive the conceptual and technical development of product initiatives from beginning to end. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to software product execution. Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers and integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Understand Facebooks strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Employer will accept a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field , followed by five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a product management-related occupation.
