Your main mission as our Customer Sales and Support Representative will be to work the front lines of customer service and leave a positive impression with current and prospective clients. You will assist with client questions and up-selling all while keeping accurate and thorough records of your activity.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and navigate their insurance information
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve them quickly
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell based on customer needs
Provide expert professional support to our agents as they continue to grow their business
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced customer focused office
Prior experience with phone-based or in-person customer service, ideally with a sales component
Excellent written andverbal skills
Ability to actively listen
A courteousand professional demeanor
Expert attention to detail
Nice to have:
Prior experience with property and casualty, life, or health insurance will give you an advantage
An associate's or bachelor's degree will serve as a solid foundation as you continue to learn new concepts
