Manage all Submittals to Projects
Support all Hiring Activities
Daily communication and interaction with the Various Projects and customer representatives
Drug screening
New hire paperwork
Ensure candidates make scheduled interview, test, orientation, OSHA training and start work dates
Assist with candidate with resume development as needed
Coordinate the distribution of payroll checks and verify time worked for cash advances
Previous experience in shipyard employment preferred
Experience in staffing industry and fast paced environment
Work independently, self-starting and loyal.
Willingness to work irregular and sometimes lengthy work schedule.
Working knowledge of scheduling software
Must have experience in using databases
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Powerpoint)
Must be comfortable working face-to-face with people
Possess the skills necessary for effective and positive interaction with senior customer representatives.
Working knowledge of computer software applications (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
