The Apparel Merchandise Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the Apparel, Accessories, Jewelry, Active Footwear and Department signing to meet all operational and merchandising objectives. Manages the Apparel Department Supervisor, Department Specialists and teammates to ensure a high quality store experience for customers through exceptional teammate performance. Drives sales throughout the store. They are instrumental in teaching and modeling Shopko''s high standards of quality, safety, and customer service.
Minimum Knowledge, Experience, Skills Required: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years progressive leadership in a retail setting. Desired candidates will also have previous Fashion Merchandising experience in a big box retail setting.
