Associate Attorney to handle a caseload as well as work as a team with the firm's principle on some of the most interesting and complex federal criminal cases. We handle complex federal and state criminal defense matters, plaintiff's personal injury litigation, matrimonial, municipal court and other matters, primarily in NJ & PA. We are expanding to add a second associate attorney.
Rocco Cipparone, a former federal prosecutor, founded the firm in 1992 and has developed the firm with a solid reputation for excellent legal work done proficiently but with precision. The applicant must be able to work in that manner. We are excited to continue our expansion. REQUIREMENTS:
-- licensed and admitted to practice in both NJ & PA, & the U.S. District Courts for the DNJ and EDPA
-- at least 4 years actual litigation experience preferably including personal injury matters (criminal law experience preferable but not necessary)
-- excellent research and writing skills (Law Review or other writing journal experience is preferred)
-- must be tech savvy & very computer literate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
