LifeSafer Inc., a leading provider of Ignition Interlock devices, is looking for a self-starter and strong leader who will be responsible for managing the day to day business of LifeSafers field operations. This includes managing the operations and logistics of the company run locations and contractors, driving the sales and marketing of LifeSafer products and services, and working to grow all aspects of the business. The State Director will manage all business operations, including supervising approximately 40 technicians and administrative personnel. Thats why we are looking for someone with a related bachelors degree (preferred) and 5-7 years of field experience in a service related industry. This role serves as our liaison with appropriate state government, court employees, and law enforcement officials to maintain a positive working relationship, staying abreast of any legislative or administrative changes, so excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Well look to you to have a strong business and financial acumen- well put your project management, excellent customer service, and overall market/consumer savvy skills to great use! As you would imagine for a state director, this position involves travel (25-50%) within your assigned region.
