The position will involve legal support to a range of senior management, engineering, contracts and procurement staff, and others engaged in pursuing and performing U.S. Government and commercial (international and domestic) programs. The primary responsibilities of the position include managing an intellectual property portfolio (including working with outside counsel), reviewing and drafting software licenses (including open source), counseling relating to U.S. Government data rights, reviewing and drafting non-disclosure agreements, and support for the business in drafting and negotiating intellectual property provisions in a wide variety of government and commercial contracts.
