o Comply with food safety procedures
o Work with management team to meet sales goals
o Manage food and labor costs
o Execute Wendy''s company policies
o Monitor food inventory levels
o Manage and maintain safe working conditions
o Manage crew member employees
o Interview and recommend crew members for selection in hiring
o Provide proper training of crew members
o Maintain fast, accurate service and provide top-notch customer service to every guest that comes into our quick service restaurant.
