LOCATION: Lancaster
TITLE: Tax Manager
DESCRIPTION:
The Tax Manager will organize engagements as they relate to all areas of the client assignment and act as the face of the firm while on-site at a client.
Responsibilities
Able to handle supervising and managing client engagements
Past experience conducting tax research and the ability to communicate results on complex tax issues
Meet deadlines while handling multiple client engagements simultaneously
Track record with developing new business as well as ability to broaden spectrum of already existing business
Experience with various tax software packages
Take part in audit undertakings as needed
Preferred Requirements
Active CPA license
Bachelor degree in Accounting
5-7 years progressive tax experience
Deep knowledge with Tax principles
Recent experience in a fast-paced CPA firm

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
