DESCRIPTION:Performs a comprehensive nursing assessment upon admission of the patient including physiological, psychological and environmental factors as well as health history. Integrates all pertinent data gathered on assessment and identifies problems that form the basis of a plan of care.
Qualifications:Current RN license in MA. BSN preferred. Community Health Nursing experience. IV experience preferred. CPR certification. Computer/typing skills preferred.
HR Use Only:Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
