AFL is seeking a full timeReceiving Technicianat ourHidden Lakefacility inDuncan, SC. The Receiving Technician will be responsible for insuring that raw materials, finished goods and expensed items are received and placed into inventory according to purchase order requirements, and all transactions completed accurately in Oracle. This position will workMonday through Friday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily inbound shipments based on expected receipts and purchase orders.
Ensure receipts are entered accurately in Oracle.
Arrange schedule for unloading containers as needed.
Arrange unloading of truckload shipments and flatbed shipments.
Place inventory into stock locators.
Keep inventory inaccuracies to a minimum.
Maintain a continuous flow of product to manufacturing throughout the month, by receiving and placing inventory into locations daily.
Maintain high level of accuracy related to Oracle transactions.
Participate in company safety programs and maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain Forklift certification.
Backup Material Handling functions when necessary.
Keep receiving area organized and clean in accordance with company housekeeping initiatives.
Skills/Requirements
High school diploma / GED required
Minimum of 3 years forklift experience in warehouse environment.
Working knowledge of Oracle with very specific knowledge of the inventory responsibility
Cycle count experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment is a plus.
Proficient with MS office software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to communicate clearly with buyers and management

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
