WI.
Job Overview:
o Update and maintain 40 current My Workshop documents
o Develop RR EHS Support central with EHS
o Maintain, organize and provide process improvement for EHS document records
o Assist EHS to prepare/ schedule EHS meetings and inspections
o Maintain EHS documentation
o Monitor, Assist with EHS Framework binder preparation
o Maintain, organize and provide process improvement for EHS document records:
o Assist EHS in preparing/ scheduling EHS meetings, inspections, training:
o Set up shoe fairs, safety fairs with EHS guidance
Essential Duties Rsponsibilities:
ISO14001
-Update and maintain 40 current My Workshop documents
- Add Talentbridge responsibilities to all applicable documents
- Work with manager to develop high level work instructions for Talentbridge Harvest, Harvest inbound & shipping
- Delete references to Ace for MEDAR, Harvest and small teardown
- Update/ Modify the matrix and EMS documents
- Update/Modify the SEA significant environmental aspects documents
- Keep all documents current in My Workshop
- Add record documents to appropriate binders
- Assist EHS to develop Training presentations for site personnel and postings for site
EHS
Develop RR EHS Support central with EHS
- Add H&S binder information
- Add E Framework binder information
- Maintain documents, records to provide access to site personnel (MOC, checklists, inspection forms, etc.)
- Add training, Action tracking information, etc. for required employee communication
- Develop Risk Analyses with EHS, provide documentation and maintain on Support Central
Maintain, organize and provide process improvement for EHS document records:
- inspections
- contractor paperwork
- contractor awareness training
- LOTO and arc flash forms
- Enter Gensuite data into Power Inspection Tool, Action Tracking System, Compliance Calendar, Event tracker
- Track open Action tracking items, communicate to EHS and Operations when due date is within 7 days
Assist EHS to prepare/ schedule EHS meetings, inspections,
- Monthly safety meeting presentation preparation under EHS direction
- Test and quiz preparation under EHS direction
- Schedule outside EHS trainers under EHS direction
o Work with Operations to ensure training invoices are provided, questions resolved.
- Set up training sessions for new employees, per site process (EHS to provide training)
- Develop Risk Analyses review process with EHS for site employees. Maintain employee review/training records tracking and provide periodic status reports to EHS and site operations leaders
- Search for EHS site employee safety fair meetings and assist with presentation development, and employee rewards
- Assist with site emergency drill preparation, scheduling, follow up documentation
- Schedule Site LOTO training
- Schedule site weekly audits
- Schedule site Monthly safety meetings
- Set up and review Management of Change (MOC) projects, attend MOC meetings with EHS, provide action item tracking & closure. Provide Periodic reviews with EHS.
- Attend RR/ RDC site meetings for EHS when EHS lead schedule does not allow attendance. Take notes and discuss meeting takeaways with EHS following meeting. When required, provide EHS information or input to the meeting.
Miscellaneous
- Maintain hazardous waste container inventory (monthly)
- Gather and prepare data for annual WDNR waste report (attend training)
- Gather and prepare data for annual Tier II report (attend training)
- Gather and prepare data for annual Waste Generation report (attend training)
- Send handheld radiation monitors in for calibration
- Monitor inventory on a monthly basis for safety and hazardous waste supplies
o Work with Operations to order materials as needed
- Learn to perform RR Monthly Harvest, Harvest test room inspections, when EHS is out of office
ISO 14001, VPP and Audit assistance
Provide EHS with audit preparation assistance for documentation, binder and electronic folder preparation, meeting scheduling, presentations, miscellaneous meeting support.
Required
Qualifications:
o Bachelor of Arts in Biology, Hydrogeology or Geology or related technical discipline
o 1 years experience in EHS Activities supporting a site/service
o Field compliance experience with federal and state EHS regulations (CAA, CWA, OSHA, codes, etc)
o Proven project and program management skills
o Strong computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, and data entry
o Work well with people
This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.
If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.
