ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT/RETAIL SALES MANAGER - CREDIT UNION IN NEW JERSEY
A New Jersey based Credit Union in Central New Jersey, with multiple branches is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to oversee all aspects of the sales process, increasing production throughout the branch network.
Responsibilities will include planning, implementing and directing sales programs in all areas of the sales network, monitoring results and evaluating performance. This will include training, coaching, visiting branches, making business development calls, working closely with Marketing on new products and services, promotions and working in the communities and organizations to promote exposure and image of the organization.
This is a vital role in a fast growing institution in the growing credit union market.
Candidates should have four or more years in retail sales or marketing in a credit union or bank along with strong management and motivational skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
