We have an immediate contract opportunity with a large F500 client in the Milpitas, CA area.
This Sr. HRIS Analyst role is responsible for overseeing the management, development, ongoing maintenance, and technical support of the HR technologies, including but not limited to IBM Kenexa BrassRing, Reward Nation, and SharePoint.
o Be adept at managing projects (new tool implementation or system upgrades) as well as being responsive to requests for smaller modifications and adjustments. Be able to set and manage to deadlines, identify partners and stakeholders who need to be involved, and work effectively on your own and with others in order to meet deadlines and completion expectations.
o Collaborate with HR and non-HR functional groups to gather HR technology requirements, including tracking changes, analyzing proposed changes for impact to project schedules, coordinating review and approval of changes, revising any requirements documentation and user notification.
o Become knowledgeable of business drivers of the systems (and customer groups) you support, e.g.staffing, rewards programs, etc.
o Partner with vendors and IT group in the development, testing, and rollout of new integrations, interfaces, and upgrades to ensure smooth, error free roll outs and ensure the systems create a better and useful customer experience.
o Collaborate with HR and non-HR functional groups to define and/or configure HR systems/tools to introduce efficiencies in manual processes and support strategic initiatives. Continually evaluate existing HR technologies and processes. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR processes using HR technologies.
o Responsible for ad-Hoc HR reporting requests and complex custom requests for all levels of management
Desired Skills and Experience
Required
Qualifications:
o BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent experience.
o 6
years knowledge of HR programs and processes in Staffing a must.
o 2
years' experience in workforce metrics a plus.
o 4-6 years of experience in delivering HR technology solutions in a Global environment.
o 4-6 years of experience with solid knowledge of IBM Kenexa BrassRing and SharePoint.
Desired Qualifications
o Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
o Experience with HTML and web page design concepts a must.
o Experience with SQL highly desired.

o Ability to work occasional off-hours for special projects or team meetings with global participants in different time zones
o Ability to communicate effectively with all level of managements.
o Ability to work independently and in an organized fashion to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
