Job Title: Senior Compliance Analyst
The Biller Solutions Division within Fiserv offers hosted technology solutions for consumer billing and payment to companies of all sizes and industries. Our solutions equip companies with the ability to offer their consumer base electronic paperless billing (e-bills) and electronic payments (one-time, card funded, recurring, registered, ACH funded, etc.) in channels including the company's website, bank or financial institution websites, via the phone or through walk-in locations like Wal-Mart. Our clients are varied and include small local water companies, medium sized regional electric utilities and large national auto lenders, credit card issuers and telco/wireless providers. We also operate a direct to consumer website called .
Job
Responsibilities:
- Enforces established process/creates new processes where appropriate
- Acts as a Project Manager for Business Unit Risk and Resilience requirements and projects.
- Participates in project planning; determines project needs in advance and establishes the appropriate timeline to complete projects on time.
- Keeps current on present and future regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Uses established IT audit work programs and tools to review, assess and test information technology controls at the business unit locations. Specific audit areas include: Information Security & Privacy, Networks (LAN/WAN, wireless and VPN), Database Administration, Computer Operations (including platform management and security), Systems & Development (including project management, SDLC and change control), Physical Security, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Planning and Client and Data Services.
- Manages audit kick-off and exit meetings and presents audit conclusions and recommendations to management.
- Collects and documents audit evidence to support audit information requests.
- Acts as onsite audit liaison for Business Unit audits
- Works with Account Management teams to support Client Security and Audit requests

Qualifications:
Education:
- Undergraduate 4 year degree is required.

Experience:
- 5
year's professional experience in IT, public accounting, audit or related field.
- Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong customer focus; sense of urgency and flexible to changing circumstances and customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; must possess a high level of teamwork skills.
- Ability to accurately gather, analyze and interpret data, defines problems, and makes recommendations for resolution.
- Ability to drive audit issues to resolution by managing internal resources and detailed communications.
Travel Required:
- 10% travel required

Qualifications:
Education:
- Undergraduate 4 year degree in information technology or business discipline
Certifications:
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Certified Information Systems Professional, CISSP
Job Related
Experience:
- Experience with one of the following types of audits: Sarbanes Oxley, payment card industry (PCI) or FFIEC.
- Financial services and/or card payment industry experience is preferred
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Ability to coach and mentor less experienced staff.
