General Summary
The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the oversight of all related projects in their assigned program portfolio. The PM controls and is responsible for all necessary resources and the execution of all program tasks.
Essential Job Functions
Manage Systems and Processes within the SYNEXXUS Improvement Program in accordance with CMMI best practices.
Manage the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
Work directly with Production Team to ensure delivery schedules are planned/adhered to and potential risks & issues to cost and schedule are identified and mitigated.
Aid in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinate preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the client's staff.
Ensures adherence to plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems.
Ensure cross-discipline integration within the contract to meet client needs.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within assigned budget.
Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate budgets for the same.
Prepare program status reviews and other formal reviews to be presented to the client.
Review all financial and technical reports before release to the client.
Communicate issues and solutions to the client in a timely and transparent manner.
Provide weeklyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
