Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction with each customer's experience with Achatz. This is accomplished by properly assisting the manager with the store's overall operations, sales, inventory and personnel as directed/required.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
1. Ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of a Counter Specialist above and beyond set expectations.
2. Responsible for preparation and submission of store sales reports, deposits and balancing/reconciling over and shortages on a daily basis.
3. Ability to handle all closing procedures for store in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Handles all customer concerns and advises store personnel on how to handle issues as they arise.
5. Conduct in-store customer service and store operations training for all personnel.
6. Place inventory orders as well as verify and reconcile orders placed and received.
7. The assistant store manager will be responsible for attending bi-weekly management meetings and other training seminars as requested.
8. Helping Store Manager set store goals and lead by example to exceed the goal.
9. Motivating personnel to learn more about the company and cross-train employees to take on additional responsibilities.
10. Perform training sessions as needed for all Achatz personnel.
11. Enforcing all Employee ManualEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
