Credit Analyst Intern
The Credit Analyst Intern will be placed on an experienced team that provides support for report generation and documentation, and ad hoc requests of the credit risk team. The team is responsible for data management and responding to credit risk related inquiries from senior management, assisting with preparation for quarterly earnings calls, ad hoc analysis, monthly reporting and reconciliations.
What you will do:
Assist and execute generation of monthly and quarterly reports
Reconcile source data and perform quality assurance checks of reports
Provide documentation of processes and procedures
Maintenance and update of the Risk Reporting website
Response to ad hoc requests
Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines
Ability to Interact and communicate with internal groups efficiently
What you need:
High aptitude to quickly learn new material
Experience/functional skills or interest in SAS or Oracle
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Strong planning, organizational and follow up skills
Excellent customer service orientation, business communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills and team orientation.
Coursework in Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, Finance or related field or equivalent experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
