Caesars Midsouth has an immediate opening for Front Services Manager at the Horseshoe Tunica Casino & Hotel. This position will be responsible for the overall operation of the Front Services area including Butler, Valet, Hotel Porte Cocheres, Hotel Bell desks, and Casino Porte Cocheres. This position will work a varied scheduled, as business demands require.
Serves as a leader for employees while fostering team work, employee morale, motivation and open communication. Coaches and develops employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor while clearly articulating expectations. Provides direction and support for all staff members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Ensures all Front Services employees are well trained with an emphasis on detail to provide service levels consistent with the ''premier'' concept. Coordinates cross-training efforts between all Front Services positions. Ensures that all Front Services staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policies. Helps to maintain and enhance a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for guests and employees. Supervises the day-to-day activity of the Front Services Department through customer contact and supervision of employees. Ensures 100% guest satisfaction. Ensures that guest problems/complaints are handled in an effective/courteous manner. Responsible for overseeing the investigation and disposition of any lost/misplaced/damaged luggage claims with Security and Risk Management. Coordinates recovery efforts with Security and Risk Management. Ensures cleanliness, organization, and safe conditions of hotel entrance., lobby, and luggage storage areas. Execute arrangements for VIP guests such as: baggage handling and VIP valet treatment. Maintains knowledge of hotel, community and special events to accurately provide guests with needed information.
Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah''s and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of two years of supervisory or management experience in the hospitality industryExperience in Hotel Front Office, Valet Operations, Bell Desk preferredAbility to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, in EnglishSkilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and LMSAbility to maneuver to all areas of the property, both inside and outsideAvailable to work holidays and weekends; must be available to work a rotating shift with fluctuating days off

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
