Counsel, Corporate Affairs is primarily responsible for corporate and commercial matters, including transactional matters involving acquisition of goods and services for the Company, direct support to the Companys Supply Chain function, construction-related contracts, long-term operating and maintenance agreements, software licenses, and other commercial contracts. Corporate work will include conducting due diligence efforts in connection with the Companys business development activities, and providing commercial and transactional support on behalf of the Companys business development function.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
