Scheduling Analyst Menomonee Falls, WI 15 month contract $25-28 per hour
Responsible for monitoring and utilizing the manufacturing scheduling systems and ensuring plant production schedule aligns with customer demands. Analyzes and evaluates reports and data pertinent to the systems, informing management of status of delivery performance and results, assisting in developing solutions to scheduling irregularities, assisting in training users in the scheduling system and assisting in the development of departmental goals.
Position interfaces with leadership and stakeholders to optimize on-time delivery of product to all internal customers. Converts vehicle assembly schedules into production plans to accomplish scheduling and planning efforts. Supports and backs up the activities of the Sr. Scheduler.

Job Description
Scheduling
Coordinates daily shipping plans with Mach 1 to meet daily requirements from assembly plants. Coordinates and participates in daily communications with assembly plants in order to manage schedule changes, balance float, prevent shortages and obsolesce.
Monitors all management scheduling reports for accuracy and timeliness and ensure proper interpretation of content.
Assists management in determining solutions to scheduling, float, and shipping issues.
Systems
Develops and implements systems to plan and monitor production levels.
Maintains the scheduling system in all areas and ensures adherence to all phases of the system as installed.
Conducts periodic reviews of all phases of the scheduling system and discusses irregularities noted
with appropriate personnel.
Job Specifications
Education Level:
Bachelors in Materials Management, Finance, Math
Relevant
Experience:
Advanced knowledge of personal computer and related software packages (i.e. spreadsheet, word processing, and graphics) required. Must have a thorough working knowledge of pull systems, scheduling/production planning, just in time operating methods and one piece flow methodology. Must also have good project management skills and be able to handle multiple tasks.
Experience with SAP a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
