What's the job?
A person occupying this position would work from our Wilmington, NC headquarters. You will be a part of a team that is high energy, works hard, and likes to have fun. You will be asked to lead multiple concurrent projects while designing and developing advanced sales training for sales professionals and managers in multiple formats including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, print-based material, and more.
As a Team Lead, you will manage client-facing communication regarding assigned projects including external kickoff call, material reviews, and milestones. You will also establish project timelines and drive completion of project deliverables on time using sound instructional design principles. Creativity, innovation, positive outlook, and teamwork are essential. You must have excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure clear and effective communication with clients. You will also ensure that all client-facing materials comply with client-related legal, product, and company requirements.
This is not purely a project management position.
While project management will be a key part of the role, you will also be asked to dive in and develop project materials as needed. In the course of a day, you will be presented with various challenges that you will be expected to overcome as part of aEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
