This is an integral role in the coordination of patient care delivering on our brand promise to deliver an easy and awesome health care experience.
Roles and responsibilities include:
o Support physicians with patient care for patients of all ages
o Start and administer IVs
o Administer oral and injectable medications
o Perform non-invasive collection of specimens
o Casting and splinting for orthopedic procedures
o Cardiac monitoring to include EKG's and holter monitors
Requirements:
o IV skills required
o Knowledge and experience working with medications
o Exceptional Customer Service Skills
o Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
o Strong attention to detail in written and oral communications
o Mastery in computer software applications
o Excel in a Team focused environment
Education and
Experience:
o Clinical experience in medical office required, urgent care or emergency department experience viewed favorably
o RMA, CMA or EMT Certification required
o Knowledge and proficiency with EMR systems preferred
o Fluency with the Spanish language viewed favorably
Pay commensurate with experience. MEDcare offers competitive compensation and attractive benefits.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
